You can order the audiobook(s) you want directly from our site, using our secure ordering service and any Visa, Amex, Switch or Mastercard. Alternatively you can use the Search facility to find the title you are looking for and let us have the details of your order by e-mail, post, fax or telephone. Your 3-step Guarantee
- Wherever possible, The Audiobook Collection will replace, free of charge, any faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied audiobook. Should replacement not be possible we will refund the amount paid in full.
- Individual cassettes or CDs which break or develop faults within 6 months of your order will also be replaced free of charge. Should replacement not be possible we will refund the amount paid in full.
- If for any other reason you are not satisfied with any audiobook supplied by The Audiobook Collection, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund, provided we receive it within 30 days of the date of your order and it is returned to us in saleable condition. In such cases you will be responsible for the cost of returning the audiobook to us and we recommend that you use registered post of recorded delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
